i love dark chocolate, i prefer using dark chocolate cause not too sweet and i like the taste of bitter LOL!
so you need
4 eggs ( egg yolks and egg whites need to separate )
dark chocolate 180g
butter ( 1 table spoon )
whipped cream/ double cream ( 1 table spoon )
....yeah im greedy LOL! thats not really 180g of dark choclate! i added more, cause i like thick taste of chocolate ヾ(*ΦωΦ)ツ
separate your egg yolks and egg whites, i prefer using the manual way. cause........
