So it's been a while i didn't blog about food...oh i mean dessert... what am i doing!? tomorrow still got one more paper!! im still blogging about dessert! （╯‵□′）╯︵┴─┴
i already dont have the mood for exam xD yesss im going back home tomorrowww!!! *cough cough*

so yeah, im a chocolate lover, and i don't know why Malaysia's weather damn hot! keep sweating! (( so jump tone lol...
i love dark chocolate, i prefer using dark chocolate cause not too sweet and i like the taste of bitter LOL!

so you need
4 eggs ( egg yolks and egg whites need to separate )
dark chocolate 180g
butter ( 1 table spoon )
whipped cream/ double cream ( 1 table spoon )

....yeah im greedy LOL! thats not really 180g of dark choclate! i added more, cause i like thick taste of chocolate ヾ(*ΦωΦ)ツ

separate your egg yolks and egg whites, i prefer using the manual way. cause........

i just dont understand....whats wrong with this tool!? wasted my egg! (`皿´)

melt your chocolate with butter using double boiling ( everyone knows right? )

melted chocolate!

beat egg whites, if you really a sweet tooth, can add in 1 teaspoon of sugar

until like this ^

add egg yolks into that melted chocolate

stir it stir it~

add in double cream and egg whites ( add twice of egg whites, need to stir properly )

just looks like milk chocolate LOL

and just add some strawberriesss!!!! ￣﹃￣
strawberries with chocolate, sweet combination!
oh wait, you need to put inside the fridge like 2 hours before serve LOL!
